If you like cycling you will love Mallorca.

Again in April 2011, we will be going cycling in Mallorca(Majorca) for our 13th annual cycling holiday. We are not competitive cyclists but enjoy the good rides in the open countryside. This is our chance to forget the Winter weather and start Summer early.

This will be the second year Training camp has been based in a resort holel in the Playa de Plama.. This area is popular with cyclists as it gives easy access to good cycling routes. This will be especially so for those who prefer the gentle undulating countryside of the central plain. However for those who like the mountain routes there is plenty of access to the popular climbs.

The half-board packages being offered by resort hotels in the out of summer season are of great value. We have selected a hotel which offers facilities for the bikes along with the standard facilities. Taking the half-board option gives great value for the evening meal and will allow the whole group to dine in the evenings together. Also the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, pleasant gardens and is only a few steps from the seafront and sandy beach.

There is lots of new things happening even for those who have been before.We will be having a week of jolly good fun on our bikes.
